[sldev] [VWR] mozlib2 and 1.19.1 branch

Ok whats the scoop on mozlib2? I know Callum (linden) said it has
happening but it looks like its happened. Just spotted the requirement
in the 1.19.1 branch SConstruct.

Code please... i need to see if i can beat this version into a debian
package or if you are patching mozilla too heavily now and i am
screwed with my xulrunner approach.
