So maybe I missed something.  Will we see 1.18.6 RC4 followed by 1.19.0 
Release (mandatory update)?  Or will we see 1.18.6 RC4 followed by 
1.18.6 Release (optional update) then 1.19.0 RC1, 1.19.0 RC2, ... 1.19.0 
Release (mandatory update)?  Your earlier message implied the former, 
but now is sounds more like the latter.
