[sldev] Dual Screens or Multiple Windows

I think this kind of thing has been on peoples minds for a long time now.

Due to the way SL handles drawing the interface, it's not really
possible to pull windows out of the client area, unfortunately.  The
idea was brought up to put the actual 3D area into a resizable window
at some point... I can't recall the reasons why that wouldn't work.

Personally, I'd be happy with just a setting to adjust exactly where
my "center" focus is in relation to the render area.
