No...

The "fix" is still wrong as far as voice disabled viewers are concerned
(parcel voice status is not displayed at all).

Here is a patch to actually fix the bug in v1.19.0.0beta (the version
which sources are published on the Wiki).
I will also post this patch on the JIRA.
