[sldev] about openjpeg

I've just downloaded and trying to compile the viewer source.
I have noticed that it uses the openjpeg library version 1.1  It exists a
1.3 version what supposedly is much faster. I just wanted to point it out
just in case you don't keep track of outside libraries (viewer is big enough
to be very busy coding!)
