There's no provision in the average browser for extracting and then 
republishing content on the same website you extracted it from in the 
first place. Certainly not with the possibility of getting paid right 
then and there if you do it.

Many of the technical details of SL fit or can be made to fit the web, 
but the social/interaction details are quite different, IMHO.
