I have successfully build on VS2003.NET. As its the only non express
version i have its the only one that can complete every build step with
out an error.

What actual problems are you having? If the viewer is built correctly
then any brokennees is probbaly not cmake related at this stage but
could well reflect the fact that this is the (post qa)development tip
branch so can be broken at a given instance in time.

Feel free to update the wiki as you go. There are only about 2 pages on
cmake so far anyway and the documentation does need updating as we go.
