My VS2003 cmake build completes, but dies rather obtusely at startup.
We're having a discussion right now about whether we continue
supporting VS2003, or whether it's VS2005 and VS2008 from here on out.
This will be resolved before cmake hits a release candidate, of
course. If you have any arguments for or against keeping VS2003
support, it would be helpful to hear them.

There isn't any mature cmake documentation yet either. If anyone wants
to take a swing at it, that would be great. This needs to happen
before cmake hits an RC as well.
