What provision currently covers distribution of IP to non-LL viewers
actually?

Unless I'm missing something, section 1.1 defines the "service" as
*including* the software that Linden Lab provides which would make any LL
viewer an inherent part of the "service". So why isn't sending out textures
to non-LL viewers a violation? *confuzzled*

I'm not trying to start a silly argument, I'm genuinely curious. If non-LL
viewers aren't part of the service but if sending content over to them
doesn't create any legal problems, why would a non-LL operated sim be any
different?

So I think it is quite reasonable to require LL to have their general
counsel speck on this topic and explain what was done and what agreements
are in place and exactly how LL assumed the right to distribute IP owned by
others outside of the Secondlife Service under the terms of the TOS is
restricted to the Secondlife Grid. (Note there is a built in loophole in
what I just said)
