[sldev] [VWR] Source downloads versions

I downloaded the latest WindLight MS Windows source, which is labelled 
as r80044, but the source is actually for r79809.

I also noticed that the link for the 1.19.0.5 release is r81066, but the 
table lists r80803, which is the same as for 1.19.0.4.  I'm guessing 
this is due to a copy and edit on the page that didn't get completely 
edited, but because of the WindLight mismatch, I didn't want to assume 
anything.
