[sldev] RE: Wind Sound CPU usage. (Matthew Dowd)

I would prefer no wind at all to the excessive only wind sound most singularly consistent.  Wind is fine in moderation with a mixture of other environmental sounds.    The wind only sound creates a dour windy desolate metaverse mood.
