The story in that case was no, sorry to bad it wasn't. The programer got
complaning in submitting the code that is wasn't GPL:ed but dual
BSD/GPL, somehow someone got the impression that the BSD part was
unnessassarty ats dual GPL/BSD flr them mean only GPL. And with big
discussion the BSD licence header was removed.

I was a sad story, with much drama.
