[sldev] Inventory loss reporting

SLX has required users to post comments and vote on SVC-114 and MISC-571 
as a condition of redelivery for no-copy items.

This is causing a lot of spam and not accomplishing much.

I think this is a good opportunity to collect data on inventory loss 
from a user's perspective, but right now it's all noise and not much signal.

Would any Lindens be interested in working with me and (hopefully) SLX 
to implement a system to gather more specific and useful data on these 
types of inventory loss reports?

I'm thinking that with a little coordination from Linden Lab and SLX, I 
could have SLX add a link on their transaction history page that, when 
clicked, will submit basic transactional data to either a script on 
Linden Lab servers, or on sljirastats.com, and then present a form to 
the user asking them specific questions that will help Linden Lab track 
down inventory delivery patterns and failure modes.

So, any interest from Lindens working on inventory loss?
