I am unsure how well this will function, given there are no solid 'rules' defining what constitutes Mature content.
In other words, what one person considers Mature, another may not. And some are on a crusade to wipe out any and all
Mature content from Second Life, They come and AR things in my sim on occasion, which I see thanks to the new abuse handling on Private Estates.
This would simply be another tool in their arsenal to make SL a G rated environment.
If this is implemented, there needs to be some pretty clear guidelines as to what is Mature, and what is not, IMHO
