[sldev] [VWR] fmod.dll not found

I've built the 1.20 RC5 viewer for Windows and it runs from within visual
studio, but it doesn't run by double-clicking its icon.

1) I get "the application has failed to start because fmod.dll was not
found".
2) fmod.dll is in the linden/indra/newview directory; the same
relative-to-the-executable place it is in version 1.18.4.3 I've been working
with for months.
3) The executable I'm trying to run is newview.exe, located in
linden/indra/newview/Release

Is there something I failed to do to make the executable look for this DLL
in the same place the last version looked for it?
