I've noted the following similarities and differences in the fmod.dll that
this version is using vs the last version.
1) Its checksum is identical; that is, it is binary identical
2) It has today's date, whereas the last version's copy has a 2005 date. So,
I copy-n-pasted it through windows rather than cp-ing it through cygwin. Not
that I expected that to make a difference given #1. This, and also using the
-p option on cp within cygwin, provided a copy with the desired timestamp,
and it still didn't work.
3) The attributes properties reported by windows are identical.
4) The permissions flags in a long directory listing, no matter how I make
the copy, look like this...
-rwx------
wheras the previous version looks like this...
-rwx------+
What is the plus-sign on the end? This is the only file in this directory
that lacks it.
