No. This cannot work. Prohibited and spam content should come under LINDEN REVIEW, by a REAL LIVE PERSON when it recieves enough votes. Automatically deleting anything will lead to this tool being used as a weapon.

Use the system only to flag and draw attention to suspect listings. Have decisions made by real people.
