I used OnRez for a while... although currently I prefer the official 
1.19.1.4.  If I recall, the build tools were the same except there was 
no Build button on the tool bar, and the various build functions were 
(mostly) regrouped under one Build menu.  It was actually a  good client 
for building.  

The only thing OnRez nerfed (as far as I could tell) were atmospherics 
and texture rendering, which were made simpler and quicker for less 
powerful graphics cards.
