[sldev] A patch to allow creation of megaprims from within the viewer

Thanks again for the 1.20 patch, Jackek! I've already opened a JIRA issue;
see my previous post to the list.

And yeah, I realize that the UI gets pretty cramped. I only put the spinners
in the Create floater because it was the simplest solution, and for this
hack I wanted to modify the XUL files as little as possible. (And I did that
only after realizing how annoying it was to only be able to change the
values via "Debug Settings".)
