Good idea to link the new [NAV] pjira items to pre-existing pjira items, if any of them will be resolved by this project.

I'd also call attention to http://forums.secondlife.com/showthread.php?t=255315 in which some residents suggested other landmark navigation features that aren't currently in the project or other pjiras, as far as I can tell, except maybe with the broadest possible interpretation of NAV-24.  Most repeated was the plea that it be possible to create landmarks directly from other residents' Profile Picks (and from Search results and the Map, of course).
