[sldev] branches/shadow-draft missing llrender.cpp

Are there any instructions out there for building this? I have built many
versions of the veiwer with custom patches etc. But 1.20 seems to need work
outside the scope of the second life wiki in able to compile.

I have little interest in building a 1.20 version of the veiwer outside
testing this though. So if anyone can provide a prebuilt one that would be
great too.
