[sldev] Perl error while sending IM from mail to SL

while SL is partially down, i was talking to a friend inworld using
mail<->IM gateway.

look like i'm not the only one :
connect('indra:mysql.agni.lindenlab.com','linden',...) failed: Too
many connections at /usr/local/lib/site_perl/Farms.pm line 72

So i got the host and username. the perl DBI interface is smart enough
to skip the password in the error message :)
