[sldev] Why is framerate so much lower in my viewer builds?

I believe there are commercial versions of the open source libs that are 
more efficient, that LL distributes
with the standalone viewer. Some people grab those libs and replace the 
open source versions the final build
and report higher framerates, IIRC
