[sldev] Wiki & Jira - Database locked - Speculations

It's all cool, I assumed it was something you guys were doing (not your
service provider). Didn't expect you not to know about it.

With cite I was just griping for the sake of griping. There are likely
several small extensions we could benefit from, though I can't think of them
off hand. The Variables extension makes most things possible, though not
all, so I've been able to work around some of these deficiencies (my
footnote(s) templates duplicate 90% of the functionality of Cite). The Loop
extension would be useful to fill some of the gaps.

Breadcrumbs looks promising. We will likely make use of it on LSL Portal
content.
