[sldev] Any chance on a develop.py script that will set up a MSVS2005 Express environment?

I tried to go through the C-Make build instructions.

I couldn't get very far because I only have the MSVS 2005 Express version.
When running the develop.py script, it checks the registry for the standard
installs, but doesn't have a way to build for express.

Has anyone created this, or know what to do to modify the script.
