[sldev] cmake compile issues

Hi,

Is an email to this list a useful contribution to the cmake discussion
or should I just change the wiki straight out?

I'm using VS2005 pro, downloaded from M$ dreamspark. Using the command
from the wiki

develop.py -G VC80

fails with an error opening SecondLife.sln.

Simply running develop.py configures successfully.

Also, why is this parentheses:

(If using cmake, copy "fmodapi375win\api\lib\fmodvc.lib" to
"linden\libraries\i686-win32\lib\release" and to
"linden\libraries\i686-win32\lib\debug")

on the page for cmake instructions? curious.

Also, I think that the ares and openjpeg instructions should probably
be moved into the own section, like "compiling older sources". Since
the parentheses are easy to miss.

Also, llkdu.dll is still missing and still not in the instructions.
Where should I get this from?

thanks,

  azdel
