Are you looking at the wrong page?  You seem to be talking about
http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Compiling_the_viewer_(MSVS2005) , but
you should be looking at http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/CMake .  The
only thing you should be doing from the MSVS2005 page is the thing
involving Fmod.
