[sldev] Vivox and Kakadu licensing issues.

I had a look at the mentioned KDU license that allows certain executables to
be distributed and used for non-commercial projects. However this license
seems to be for a complete different software package that is not identical
with the one used in the SL client. So I assume here we can almost certainly
say the KDU library used in the viewer is not redistributable and packaging
it with a client is not legal (if done by someone else than LL). Correct me
if I am wrong :).

read :Copyright is owned by NewSouth Innovations Proprietary Ltd, commercial
arm of the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. You are free to
play around with these executables and even to re-distribute them, so long
as such use or re-distribution is accompanied this copyright notice and is
not for commercial gain. Note: Binaries can only be used for non-commercial
purposes. If in doubt please contact Dr. Taubman."
