[sldev] VWR-10311 Enabling lip sync by default

Some folks actually prefer smaller, faster over "featureful" I think. I know
I do anyway. I've spent more time trying to figure out how to tear code out
of my client build then putting code in frankly. Just because hardware gets
faster is just as illogical a reason to fill it back up with more stuff. The
"more stuff" should stand on it's own usefulness, regardless of Moore and I,
for one, appreciate being able to turn it off, and appreciate more, being
able to rip it out altogether. If I could do that with WIndows, I might
actually use it, for instance.

Perhaps a more modular approach, plugin style, might be considered. From my
own usage and perspective, voice and windlight would be the first two .so's
to go.

Just another view :)

all the best
