Per Q's comment on http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-8008 (Drop- 
down to select preset aspect ratios in texture preview floaters):

"This seems like a perfect candidate for the http-texture open source  
branch. Aimee, any chance we could get you to apply it to that branch?"

Anyone have any comments/objections first?
