TEXTURE_CACHE_ENTRY_SIZE was changed from FIRST_PACKET_SIZE to 1024.
FIRST_PACKET_SIZE was and still is 600.

I doubt this is the case (LL is not changing the protocol based on
viewer version). But it would be nice if a Linden could confirm that.
