Just look at region Object Bonus. This is an example where a dynamic system
is already in use and works.
Object bonus allows EMs and the EO to allocate empty buffer parcels in order
to give other parcels more prims.
With object bonus on there is the posibility to rez more prims then the sim
allows and have the sim return random objects, yet it works, and LL chose to
give the estate staff the choice. Why can we not do this with script limits
as well?
