[sldev] OpenAL clients and MP3 streams...

I had no clue you were on windows.  A build which is using
OpenAL preferentially will just ask for 'any' streaming audio
implementation from the media manager, which on Linux is
GStreamer and on Win32 and OSX should be QuickTime, but I don't
think the latter has has been formally tested.
