[sldev] OpenAL clients and MP3 streams...

Well, consider it then tested and failing ;)

As I said, the debug console shows no issue. It, for all intents and
purposes tells:

"LLAudioEngine::startInternetStream:
Playing...."

and of course the url and mediamanager instance setting mInternetStreamMedia.

I'll tinker with it some more, perhaps I can find the cause :>
Quicktime seems to play parcel movies just fine right now with this
setup.
