Well, it could. You create a notecard in the root prim called  
something like "lang_piglatin" containing pairs of lines like:

Please attach the HUD
Easplay attachway ethay UDHay
Enter mouselook
Enterway Ouselookmay

for the pig-latin translation. Adding new translations involves adding  
new notecards. If anyone cares about the product, they'll do  
translations in exchange for a freebie.
