[sldev] built 1.21.6 - how do I run it?

If you want to do proper debugging, run the client from your VC IDE as
described earlier in the discussion :> You will get alot more
possibilities for monitoring, breakpointing, exception handling and
checking all sorts of things, then.

So, no, don't need any secondlife-bin.* files except the exe.

It's the proprietary jpeg library. If it's not present, the client
uses openjpeg, which is sadly slower.
