[sldev] built 1.21.6 - how do I run it?

That folder contains the incremental linker file and the debug database. Do
I need those? Seems to run without them, though I did nothing other than
sign in. Will I wish I had the debug database if I crash? Is that what

Everything else is small compared to those two files.

Ain't got. Seems to run without it. What is it? I'm working with 1.21.6.
