[sldev] VWR-13604 and transparent UI on Snowglobe

My UI just got partially transparent on Snowglobe, as shown in the
snapshot attached by Ephyu Reino at 
https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-13604

A rebake didn't fix this - worst:
it made all my clothes disappear (confirmed by other avatars).

This is the second time I get this 'transparent UI' on Snowglobe
and I got a similar issue where UI became partially blackened.

Anyone else experienced this?

Should I open a new PJIRA issue or I comment VWR-13604 ?
