What he (they) basically try to do is that you aren't
allowed to run a script unless the RL identity of the person
who last made changes to a script is known with LL.
In other words, script won't run unless the creator's identity
is known, and saving a script after making changes should change
the name of the creator.
Payment is not needed.
The problem that I see with this is that every scripter
wannabee has to be verified first... which is very nice in
the case of griefers, but has a major negative impact on
a LOT of other users.
We have already proof that LL doesn't give a damn about the
latter, so I thought I'd bring this up before after 6 months
of silence this is suddenly enforced. Seems better to me
to discuss it *before* it's implemented :p
