[sldev] Snowglobe Release Candidate download links (hopefully)

I've been using the viewer inworld for several hours now with no crashes.  I am finding one issue that may have already been discussed but I missed reading about.  I'm standing on no build land.  The "build" button at the bottom of my screen is blanked out as should be.  However in the menu View > Build I can still rezz a prim on the no build land.  Otherwise works and looks great so far.
