[sldev] Unfamiliar Snowglobe build error

Me again.

Since the RCs of Snowglobe looked pretty promising to me, I decided to 
try building from source to get a version useful to me. Before doing any 
patching, I tried building with just the supplied code. The build goes 
fine, though VS doesn't launch the compiled program. Running 
secondlife-bin.exe results in a pop-up saying

ERROR: LLControlGroup::getLLSD: Invalid LLSD control Locations

I've not seen this with any other source code. Any ideas?
