[sldev] Error while running "develope.py" from indra folder

Thanks a lot .. You were absolutely right Robin, it worked with python 2.6
and seems to give error with pyrhon 3.0. I installed 2.6 from python.org (as
you suggested) and ran it... it is working perfectly fine. Thanks again..
