[sldev] Issues with the text areas in Trunk

I just created VWR-13406 (Not all line numbers in scripts show when
using smaller UI scale) and VWR-13407 (Wrong cursor when over text
areas)

These two issues may or may not be related.  VWR-13406 contains a
screenshot of the issue.

I do not yet have enough knowledge of the code to find the problem.  I
also haven't yet found which revision introduced the problem.  Any
repo's?  I am compiling against latest trunk. (r2237)
