[sldev] problem with login to opensim

Actually, the cap is available. And the exception sometimes appears.I debug
the program, and it shows exception is caused by
" if (_Client.Network.CurrentSim == null ||
_Client.Network.CurrentSim.Caps == null)
throw new Exception("NewFileAgentInventory capability is not
currently available");"
the _Client.Network.CurrentSim is null actually
