[sldev] Snowglobe 1.2 RC 4

Hi,

After some build machines wrangling, we finally produced a clean set of
builds for the 3 platforms. You can download them from:
- Linux:http://secondlife.com/developers/opensource/downloads/2009/1.2/3007/Snowglobe-i686-1.2.4.3007.tar.bz2
- Darwin:http://secondlife.com/developers/opensource/downloads/2009/1.2/3007/Snowglobe_1_2_4_3007.dmg
- CYGWIN:http://secondlife.com/developers/opensource/downloads/2009/1.2/3007/Snowglobe_1-2-4-3007_Setup.exe

There's currently *no* bugs against 1.2 so these are true Release
Candidates. Please go ahead, download and test :)
