[sldev] Snowglobe 1.2 Released

Hi all,

This is it! Snowglobe 1.2 is out! RC4 was the one and we released this
officially after one week with no show stopper.

Main Features in this release:

   - Automatic translation of local chat messages
   - Replace the Snowglobe logo/default icon
   -  Add GT 120 and GT 130 to the table of supported GPUs
   -  OGP login support
   -  LLMedia Plugin API
   -  Create new inventory tab "Worn Items"
   -  Remember inventory sort order of Recent Items and Worn Items after
   logout
