Dunno if you can create pJIRA issues within the CT project. If not, you
might want to just post a list of to-be-translated strings (if possible
with context, i.e. what the labeled UI elements are supposed to do) to
ctproject at lists.secondlife.com, so non-Developers can help with the
translations, too.
