[sldev] feature suggestion: "Logout" choice in the file menu

I wrote this feature.

Yes it's a patch that Linden Lab might be reluctant to accept, since it
does touch pretty much every high level subsystem.

On the plus side, it makes them more "correct" in that they really
should be correctly freeing the resources they allocate anyway.

I never developed it as a standalone patch, but grabbing some of the
commit diffs from meerkat SVN from July 2008 or so would give someone a
big head start in knowing what needs to be fixed.
