Review request for Viewer.
Description
-------
OS X 10.8 brings with it a new feature named "Gatekeeper" that checks downloaded applications obtained through popular web browsers for an Apple issued Developer ID certificate. If an application was not signed with one of these certificates, then Gatekeeper will prevent its execution.
Test plan is on the JIRA.
This addresses bug STORM-1900.

Testing
-------
I've already tested to ensure that the viewer builds with these changes in place, and the resulting .app package executes without problems on OS X 10.8 when downloaded through Safari.
Thanks,
