I don't disagree, but then we should go and fix it. LL's task is to fix
whatever problems there are on the backend since we can't touch that.

But the viewer part could be much improved. 

My argument basically is: We should eat our own dog food. If it's not
tasty enough then we've got to improve it.

A libsecondlife bot could work. 

This seems easy enough: Make the bot join all the needed groups, then
wait for IMs. Then just log/relay that.

My current understanding is that the bot should leave the discussion
when it's the last remaining participant, as otherwise a single session
will persist forever and people won't get notified of new discussions in
the group.
